The return must be made within 35 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs in the event of being by mistake will be covered by PRENDASUNICAS.

Conditions to opt for return

Items that have been sent by [store name] by mistake, such as size, colors or type of garment, can be returned.

For delays of 20 days or more than the time agreed on the shipping invoice.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original store packaging. Items will be reviewed by quality auditors, to verify that the item is truly from our store, that it was not used, and then disposed of for return.

PRENDASUNICAS will contact the customer to agree on the best return method to use.

Return Process

If you receive a defective item, you must contact [corresponding department] within ten (10) days of receipt.

You must send photos or videos that prove the defect, or the cause for which you wish to return the product.

How do I receive my refund?
